Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered the Cire de soja sans OGM 1kg and a few Mèches en coton last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 8 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I expected for an online shop. The quality of the soy wax is really good, melts smoothly and holds the fragrance well. The wicks also burned evenly. I didn't need customer support so can't comment on that. Overall, I'm happy with the product quality for my candle making hobby, just be prepared for slightly slower shipping times if you're in the US.
Solid products, minor delivery hiccup
I purchased a Kits de fabrication de bougies and an extra Cire pour bougies moulées. The kit had everything I needed to get started, which was great for a beginner like me. The instructions were clear and the wax molded well. My only slight complaint was that one of the Contenants en verre arrived with a small chip, which was a bit disappointing. However, the rest of the order was fine, and the delivery was otherwise prompt. Good value for the money, just wish the glass container had been perfect.
